No Setup Necessary

When you sign up for our record retrieval services, just let us know your firm is using Microsoft 365. We'll make all the necessary adjustments so there's no setup required on your end.

Log in with your Microsoft Credentials

Once your account is active, you can log in using the "Sign in with Microsoft" button on our portal. You can keep signing in with your Microsoft login credentials, so there are no new passwords to remember. And as an added security feature, we won't store your password anywhere in our system.

How it works

  1. Tell us you use Microsoft 365 when you sign up for record retrieval services.
  2. Authorize YoCierge to deliver to your SharePoint — you’ll sign in with Microsoft and select the SharePoint site, document library, or folder where you want records placed. Microsoft will handle the authentication and authorization steps.
  3. YoCierge uploads records directly You or your staff can then view, download, or manage records using the firm’s existing SharePoint workflow and permissions.
  4. Instant notification — When records are delivered, authorized users receive a secure link or notification allowing immediate access in SharePoint.

Security & compliance

  • Delivery uses Microsoft’s authentication flow so we never store your Microsoft password.
  • Records land inside your SharePoint environment and are subject to your firm’s Microsoft 365 security, retention, and audit policies.
  • YoCierge follows HIPAA safeguards for handling protected health information in transit and at the point of delivery.

Admin controls & user access

  • Firm administrators on YoCierge can add or remove users; new users can sign in immediately with Microsoft credentials and begin placing orders.
  • For access to protected health information, administrators should follow your internal approval process — YoCierge will respect those controls and only deliver into the SharePoint locations you approve.
